The Vancouver Canucks will host their second annual Hockey Talks day tomorrow on January 7th, 2014.

Canucks Hockey Talks day is a collective effort with each of the Canadian NHL clubs. The Vancouver Canucks along with the Calgary Flames, Edmonton Oilers, Montreal Canadiens, Ottawa Senators, Toronto Maple Leafs and Winnipeg Jets will each dedicate one of their home game nights in January to raising awareness and addressing the stigma associated with mental illness. The ultimate goal of Hockey Talks is to encourage a nation-wide conversation about mental health, try to stop the stigma wrongly associated with mental illness, provide information to fans suffering from a mental illness and connect those in need with support.
