Injuries, overtimes, near-goalie fights and sudden death wins. The Eastern and Western¬†2014 conference finals had more action that an episode of Game of Thrones. Before this morning’s matinee matchup between the Vancouver Canucks and the New York Rangers, much of the storyline revolved around coach John Tortorella’s return to Madison Square Garden for the first time since being fired in May.
