This season, CHB is once again hosting a Fantasy Hockey Pool. After receiving some feedback from last year’s participants, we’ve decided to switch to Yahoo’s head-to-head format. Some highlights:
- League is broken into a max of 4 divisions of 4 teams each – or 16 teams total.
- Draft is a live, online draft scheduled for October 4th at 7:00 PM.
- Draft will be 16 rounds. Each team must draft: 2 centers, 2 left wingers, 2 right wingers, 2 forwards, 3 defensemen, 1 utility player (skater), 2 goaltenders and 2 bench players.
- Skater stat categories include: goals, assists, points, plus-minus (+/-), penalty minutes, powerplay goals, powerplay points, shorthanded goals, shorthanded points, game-winning goals, shots on goal, faceoff wins.
- Goalie stat categories include: wins, goals against average (GAA), saves, shutouts.
- Limit of 50 total moves (adds, drops) during the season.
- We play for bragging rights and a $25 Canucks Team Store gift card.
